Big I NY is thrilled to celebrate the installation of John Costello, CIC, CRIS, as Chair of IIABA during the national Fall Leadership Conference in Niagara Falls. John is Regional Executive Vice President – Commercial Lines at Chernoff Diamond & Co., USI Insurance Services in Rochester. It's been 56 years since a NY agent was chair of IIABA. John is a past president/chair of Big I NY, 2002-2003.
