Discover your sense of adventure and participate in a free guided nature hike this summer. 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. As summer winds down and different colors are emerging, take a stroll in search of new flowers blooming along the trail.

A Dose of Nature: Forest Bathing | Wilson Tuscarora State Park

9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Immerse yourself in the forest with a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide. Awaken your senses, slow down and reconnect with nature. Be guided through a series of invitations to connect with your senses and the environment. The walk will blend solitude in nature with light sharing - wandering, sitting, and standing, covering no more than a mile. Conclude with tea (not provided) under the trees.
