10am. Free photos with the Bunny from 10am-2pm, crafts, egg scavenger hunt, jelly bean contest and more. Free rides on the Niagara Scenic Trolley between the Niagara Power Vista and Gorge Discovery Center during the event.

March 28: Culinary Series - Demo/Dinner ($)

1pm-4pm. The "Mother Sauces" of French Cuisine with Chef Mike Conway! Learn to make B�chamel, Veloute', Tomato, Espagnole and Hollandaise sauces.

March 28: March into Spring with Wine and Dinner ($)

6pm-8pm. Enjoy Hors d'oeuvres, chopped salad and choice of chicken breast or pork tenderloin and dessert. Samples of wine included with each entree and a full glass of wine of your choice with the main course. Tickets available online or at the winery.

March 28: Swing into the 40's ($)
Old Fort Niagara, 4 Scott Ave., Youngstown / 716-745-7611
7pm-11pm. Step back in time and into swing at this new event! Live band, food and drinks at the Fort Niagara Officers Club. Tickets are $60/person and include: 30-minute swing dance instruction by Swing Buffalo, entry into vintage 1940s-themed door prizes, awards for dance competition winners and best-dressed male and female, four hours of music entertainment by Buffalo Jazz & Swing Band, drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

March 28: Live Music at Wine on Third
