Over 165 years ago, the Blackman family settled on the Niagara Escarpment in Western New York and built an American farm. Made from the finest fruit grown on the farm and local family orchards, the Blackman Family uses heirloom and rare apples hand selected to ensure the perfect balance to make a premium craft cider. Their styles are mostly sparkling and range from dry to semi-sweet using both traditional and innovative fermentation methods. Blackman Cide Co. products are available during apple picking season.
