Summer Sizzler Series

Participate in culinary and pastry demonstrations at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute! Chef demonstrations range from cooking the perfect steak, to cake decorating, to making liquid nitrogen ice cream. Enhance your cooking skills, and enjoy a sample of the finished product on Fridays from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Optional VIP seating with dinner at Savor immediately following.
