FAM tours provide an opportunity for operators to personally experience a product in order to more adequately sell it to their customers. The twenty-nine participating tour operators will be in Niagara USA for four days and have a packed schedule of attractions to visit all across the county including but not limited to the Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Niagara Jet Adventures, the Niagara Wine Trail, the NYPA Power Vista, Lockport Locks & Erie Canal Cruises and the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum. In addition, the operators will be introduced to new group experiences such as a Lantern Tour at Old Fort Niagara, and a Paint and Pinot Party at A Gust of Sun Winery and will dine at some of our destination’s top-notch restaurants including Savor at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute and a ride on the Niagara Belle Sunset Dinner Cruise.

Attendees are staying at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino and are being guided by members of the Sales Team from the NTCC.
