Recognized by the Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) industry as its highest educational achievement, CDME is an advanced educational program for experienced DMO professionals seeking to increase knowledge or visibility of the organization.
The course content and participant exchange helps DMO leaders to more effectively adapt and manage increasing change and competition.

The CDME program is designed to better prepare senior destination marketing organization (DMO) executives and managers to become more effective organizational and community leaders. To date, nearly 275 destination marketing professionals have achieved the CDME designation.

Percy will receive his CDME certification during DMAI's 2015 Annual Convention in Austin, Texas, July 14-17, 2015.
He also serves on the American Bus Association (ABA) Board of Directors, Niagara USA Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Downtown Niagara Falls Business Association, and the Niagara Falls National Heritage Area. He also serves as the chairman of the Tourism Implementation Council of the Western New York Regional Economic Development Council.
