Show Your Badge Program

The Show Your Badge program was created to encourage meeting and convention attendees to try our restaurants, visit attractions, and shop local, all while enjoying special offers and discounts during their stay in Niagara Falls USA.

Each group, whether booked through Destination Niagara USA, the Niagara Falls Convention Center, or a hotel booking, is eligible to take advantage of the Show Your Badge program as long as official conference registration badges are issued to attendees. This program will not be promoted during tournaments, dance competitions, or flat shows.

Program details will be distributed to more than 30K attendees in 2024 through various channels including the organization’s website; microsites created by Destination Niagara USA; signage at meeting location, etc.

How to Participate in the Show Your Badge Program

  • Complete the form below, and identify the discount offer to attendees (e.g. % discount; free dessert or appetizer; buy one, get one free; buy one entree, get half-off on the second; specialty drink discounts (drinks named in honor of the convention); etc.).
  • Offer can be changed effective the first of the month with a 30-day advanced notice via email to, cpaterson@niagarafallsusa.com.
  • All employees must be trained on the program.
  • Participation in the program is required through the end of the calendar year.
  • Record-keeping of the program is not required; however, it would be beneficial to track the ROI of the program.
