Brochure Distribution Program

Put Your Business in the Hands of Visitors.

Destination Niagara USA invites tourism-related businesses who produce brochures to participate in the Niagara Falls USA Official Visitor Center brochure program. Printed materials must be beneficial and informative to the traveler visiting Niagara Falls USA, and comply with the program’s brochure requirements.

The Niagara Falls USA Official Visitor Center is conveniently located in downtown Niagara Falls, NY, and is a one-stop for travelers, allowing them to connect with our knowledgeable staff for information, and browse reliable printed materials of the destination’s offerings. Brochures include Niagara County attractions, guided tours, lodging, restaurants, and retail shops, as well as those experiences in the Greater Niagara Region and New York State.

This program not only provides travelers with information on what there is to see and do in Niagara Falls USA and beyond, but also helps our tourism partners get information directly in the hands of those who are already in-market and searching for unique activities and experiences.

Brochure & Shipment Requirements
  • All literature must be sized to fit existing display racks:
    • Brochure space (standard rack card or folded brochure): min 3.5”x7” / max 4”x9”
    • Guide space (standard or booklet size magazine/guide): min 5.5”x8.5” / max 8.5”x11”
  • Literature must be printed on paper stock of sufficient weight to prevent wilting or drooping in the rack (no lighter than 70 lb. weight).
  • Photocopies will not be accepted.
  • Coupons and/or incentives are encouraged, but must be printed on the brochure; no loose coupons.
  • Please do not ship literature until a Niagara Falls USA representative contacts you.
  • Due to limited inventory space, initial quantity of literature is 500. We will contact you when supply is low.
  • Delivery of brochures is the responsibility of each participant.
