Save the date: the Greater Niagara Fishing Expo returns this February.

Held at the Niagara Falls Convention Center, the Greater Niagara Fishing Expo “The Teaching Fishing Show,” returns February 19 through 22, 2026. There will be a variety of educational seminars for kids and adults of all levels of experience. These seminars will cover a variety of fishing topics as well as kayaking, kids fishing/outdoors and more. Check out the Expo’s website for a list of seminars and exhibitors.

With nearly 200 exhibitor booths, the Expo is the largest freshwater fishing expo in New York, as well as one of the largest in the Great Lakes region. Whether you hook bass and walleye or salmon and trout, and whether you fly fish, kayak fish, etc., there is something of interest for every type of angler. It’s a perfect remedy for a case of cabin fever! Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the Expo.

Fishing Expo Seminars and Classes

Since the Expo is built around the idea of “teaching fishing,” expect a wide-ranging roster of seminars from a group of fishing experts. No matter your level of experience or areas of interest, you’ll find a way to expand your fishing knowledge. Even brand-new anglers, young or old, will find classes tailored to their needs.

Hoping to inspire the next generation of anglers, the Expo is free to all children 12 and under with a paying adult (limit 2 children per adult).
