Savor, Niagara Falls Culinary Institute's upscale dining restaurant, provides a real-world hands-on learning experience for students enrolled in the Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts and Hospitality programs. Savor features an open kitchen where student chefs are on "display" to showcase their talents to the guests. Savor is open to the public and offers a prefixed lunch and dinner menu. Savor is open for dine-in meals, curbside takeout, and take-home meal kits. Lunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Dinner will be served from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
