The Niagara Falls USA FAM Passport provides frontline hospitality employees with complimentary or discounted access to some of the region’s most iconic attractions. From the thundering roar of the Falls to immersive cultural experiences and outdoor adventures, this is your chance to explore it all so you can better share it with guests, and enjoy it yourself.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the details below for each attraction included in the Niagara Falls USA FAM Passport before your visit. Each participating location may have specific guidelines, hours of operation, seasonal availability, reservation requirements, or blackout dates.
FAM Passport MUST be presented at each location.
- Buy one, get one free wine tasting (or buy one, get one half off if the employee comes alone).

- Admission is always free, but member pricing is available for the employee at any special program through December 31, 2025.

- Walk-ins are welcome, or free general admission tickets can be reserved online ahead of time on the museum's website.
- Two tickets for the Cave of the Winds, Niagara Scenic Trolley, and free parking for one vehicle (as available).
- No Saturdays.
- You must call (716) 278-1762 to book your reservation for a time at the Cave of the Winds. Let them know you are part of the FAM Passport group.

- Employee will receive a gift bag filled with Olcott Beach swag, a ticket to ride the carousel, coupons for area businesses, and a free ticket to the Park After Dark Fundraising Party at the Carousel Park on Tuesday, August 12 — ticket must be picked up prior to August 5. - Vortex VR Arcade: Offering a fun pass to each employee that includes 50 game credits for VR and redemption games, as well as two attraction tickets, which can be used on Omni Arena and Dark Ride.
- The fun pass cards won't expire. If all of their credits aren’t used during their visit they can come back another time to use it or if they wish to purchase more credits to refill the cards they are welcome to do so.

- Please check in at the cafe or chocolate counter when you arrive. One of our team members will give you guidance on how to walk through the self-guided tour.
- Once the tour is completed, stop at the chocolate counter for your free samples of our orange chocolate and sponge candy.

- Any guest accompanying the hospitality employee can ride the helicopter for $100 and receive a free VR experience.

- WET Freedom Jet seats (front power rows) are adult only, over 100lbs and 13 years old. All guests must fill out a participation waiver upon arrival.
