The Niagara Falls USA FAM Passport provides frontline hospitality employees with complimentary or discounted access to some of the region’s most iconic attractions. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the details below for each attraction included in the Niagara Falls USA FAM Passport before your visit. Each participating location may have specific guidelines, hours of operation, seasonal availability, reservation requirements, or blackout dates.
FAM Passport MUST be presented at each location.

- The fun pass cards won't expire. If all of their credits aren’t used during their visit they can come back another time to use it or if they wish to purchase more credits to refill the cards they are welcome to do so.

- Please check in at the cafe or chocolate counter when you arrive. One of our team members will give you guidance on how to walk through the self-guided tour.
