Hyde Park Municipal Golf Course

Looking to tee-off downtown? Hyde Park is a stunning municipal golf course within “driving” distance of the Falls themselves. Offering 27 holes of action, all within a historic setting of parklands and lake. There’s also a driving range and a relaxing bar and restaurant on-site. Open to the public!

Seneca History Stick Golf Course

Lewiston

A golf course for nature lovers, this Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed course meanders along a lush course of woodlands, lakes and ponds where native vegetation has almost created a wildlife sanctuary setting. Scored a birdie? Treat yourself to a different kind of round at the Hickory Grill Restaurant.

Deerwood Golf Course

North Tonawanda

Named after the many deer who wander its woods and fairways, Deerwood is a sweeping, 27-hole municipal golf course located alongside the scenic Tonawanda Creek. The club offers both men’s and women’s clubs which feature weekly tournaments, and also prides itself on being a kid-friendly club with special greens fees for junior golfers.

Shawnee Golf Course

Sanborn

A scenic, mature course within putting distance of the Niagara Wine Trail, USA, USA, Shawnee is a 9-hole course welcoming all levels to its greens. Love a challenge? The third hole, a 420-yard par 4 through the woods, is said to be one of Western New York’s hardest holes — even for the pros!

Gothic Hill Golf Course

Lockport

If you’re looking for bragging rights, try parring the course at Gothic Hill Golf Club in charming Lockport. Few players have ever managed to achieve the feat here, which is best known for its undulating profile with challenging twists and turns. Looking for a course tip? The club’s Gin Mill Bar & Grill serves delicious food, too — the organic burgers are a house specialty.

Willowbrook Golf Club

Lockport

Willowbrook is a challenging 27-hole course located outside Lockport, where well-groomed greens and fairways offer fun, zippy playing conditions. Proud to be a family-friendly course, the club runs junior golf clinics, while their Brook Restaurant offers crowd-pleasing pub grub.

Niagara Orleans Country Club

Gasport

What was originally a fruit farm dating back a century, Niagara Orleans County Club is today one the county’s most picturesque courses, flanked by the postcard-perfect Erie Canal. The par-71 course at just over 6,000 yards has made it a popular playground for senior golfers, but all levels can feel tested here. Don’t forget to check out the Canal Side Bar after filling that scorecard.
