Whirlpool State Park

Overview

From Whirlpool State Park you can walk, run or bike the multi-use recreational trail. For spectacular views of the Whirlpool and rapids, hike along the Niagara Gorge Rim Trail. Stairs descend to the Whirlpool Rapids Trail along the river's raging edge. The park also offers nature programs, shelters, picnicking and fishing. Open year-round, dawn to dusk. Restroom facilities are available seasonally.
