Official Destination Education & Visitor Services Ambassador Program
Destination Niagara Academy is the official online training program for destination education and visitor services, facilitated by Destination Niagara USA. This free program provides Niagara Falls USA hospitality and tourism professionals, community members, and partners with in-depth knowledge of the region’s tourism offerings, along with customer service insights designed to enhance the visitor experience.
This web-based training program features a series of readings and videos, organized into the following modules:
The program is accessible from any computer, tablet, or mobile device.
Participants gain a deeper understanding of Niagara Falls USA and its tourism offerings while strengthening their customer service and communication skills. The program builds confidence in engaging with visitors and provides valuable insight into local attractions events, and transportation throughout the destination. Upon successful completion of Destination Niagara Academy, participants receive a certificate of achievement and are entered for a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card awarded monthly or a $500 Visa gift card awarded twice per year.
