Our Guide to Jingle Falls USA
Find out where and when to make merry memories during this highlight of the holiday season in Niagara Falls.
There’s extra magic in the air in Niagara Falls during the holidays, and that’s thanks in no small part to the fun and festivities of Jingle Falls USA! This year, Jingle Falls is scheduled for November 29-December 1, 2024.
Whether you prefer classic, Hallmark-esque holiday happenings or more whimsical winter activities, Jingle Falls USA has something for everyone.
Outdoor Activities on Old Falls Street
Kick off Jingle Falls USA on Friday night under twinkling lights with Old Falls Street’s annual tree lighting ceremony. Take your place near the tree at dusk and watch as the nearly 50-foot tree is illuminated, followed closely by fireworks and live entertainment from the Friends of Harmony Quartet and Niagara Falls School Choir and Marching Band.
The holiday season is all about warm, fuzzy feelings… and Old Falls Street takes that literally! Pet a variety of furry friends at the petting zoo on Saturday and Sunday, which includes animals like sheep, miniature goats, miniature cows, bunnies and silky chickens. On Sunday, meet furry alpacas, too!
A holiday celebration wouldn’t be complete without appearances from Santa Claus! Santa will be on Old Falls Street and available for meet and greets all weekend long. In addition, a variety of holiday characters will on-site, too!
Holiday Happenings in the Niagara Falls Convention Center
If you’re looking to get some holiday shopping done, the LiveNF Makers Market is the perfect place to support local artisans and check off some of the gifts on your list. Held on both Saturday and Sunday at the Niagara Falls Convention Center, you can browse over 100 local artisans and vendors, while enjoying live music, art, concessions and more. Admission is $1.
The only thing better than Sunday brunch? Sunday brunch with Santa! The NFCC’s Breakfast with Santa includes an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet and hot chocolate station, along with the opportunity to meet Santa Claus and other holiday characters. Guests will also enjoy crafts, a face painter and more. Tickets are required for this event. (Event is sold out!)
Cozy Crafts and Winter Walks at Niagara Falls State Park
Cozy up at Niagara Falls State Park’s Welcome Center all weekend to enjoy festive crafts, write Christmas cards, and more. The Niagara Scenic Trolley will provide free trolley rides between Goat Island and the corners of Old Falls Street and Rainbow Boulevard.
For an active option, get wowed by the beautiful scenery of Niagara Falls State Park during a casual stroll to Stedman’s Bluff on Goat Island to view the American and Bridal Veil Falls. Registration is not required, but encouraged. Meet at the Niagara Falls State Park entrance at Old Falls Street.
There will be holiday music, food, fire pits, outdoor games and Christmas card-worthy photo ops on Old Falls Street throughout Jingle Falls USA! For the full Jingle Falls schedule, click here.
