Devil's Hole
Overview
The Devil's Hole area of Niagara Falls State Park overlooks the Devil's Hole Rapids and provides sweeping views of the Niagara River, Lewiston Queenston Bridge, and the New York Power Authority's Niagara Power Project. It has free parking, picnic areas, scenic overlooks, hiking trails, and is one of the more popular spots for fishing. A stone staircase leads down to the base of the gorge and the Devil's Hole Trail, which offers spectacular views of the rapids and gorge rock layers. In addition, Devil's Hole is adjacent to Niagara University’s Castellani Art Museum and the New York Power Authority's Niagara Power Vista, which is a free family attraction.
