There’s a lot to love about Niagara Falls USA. It’s home to America’s oldest state park, a world-renowned geologic wonder and a slew of year-round outdoor adventures, from jet-boat tours through Class V rapids to heart-pumping strolls along Falls-fronting wooden walkways. But Niagara Falls is more than just the Falls. It’s a destination that prides itself on its burgeoning food scene, amazing arts-and-culture opportunities, and charming small-town feel — as well as the fact that it’s open and welcoming to all. All of this and more is why it makes for an ideal getaway, whether you’re traveling with your friends, your partner, your spouse or the whole family.
Niagara Falls USA is also the perfect place to begin your next adventure with your partner. On June 24, 2011, same-sex marriage was legally recognized in New York State under the Marriage Equality Act. Say ‘I do’ standing next to the thundering Falls or while soaring over it in a helicopter. However you choose to tie the knot, it will be a day you’ll both remember forever.
